POLICY
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

The item is returned in the original packaging, unworn in the original condition.

The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotion. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You must obtain justification (i.e. tracking number) of the packaged returned just in case your order is lost on its way back to Glamwear x SWIM. If we do not receive your return and you do not have evidence of postage, we will be unable to refund the money to the customer. 


Please note: Swimwear bottoms will not be accepted due to hygiene concerns unless the item is faulty 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  • Email glamwearxswim@hotmail.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
  • We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
  • Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Glamwear x SWIM will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  • Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form. We recommend you to send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, we will contact you and refund your money.


IN THE OCCATION OF A FAULTY ITEM

Please email glamwearxswim@hotmail.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible
Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.
